I need to lose around 15 pounds so 6 weeks would be a perfect amount of time to make a lot of progress. If I start tomorrow, the six weeks will be over on November 5th!! That does not seem very far away. I'm hoping to lose between 10 and 12 pounds by eating around 1,500 calories and trying to get in good exercise. It would be wonderful to fit in my tiny clothes for winter! Right now I am a size 10 in jeans and a medium in shirts. I would LOVE to get in to my 6's and 4's!!! I know I would be more energetic and active!
In the picture I was between 140 and 145 and I think I look terrific. I will weigh my self in the morning and start from there!
